
"Koga - Maris" Sp. z o.o. (a limited liability company) is located on the Hel Peninsula – the oldest fishermen settlement in Poland. It was built entirely on an investment of Polish capital. Formed in 1993 by a group of enthusiasts, who believed in the development and expansion of the fishing industry. Currently, “Koga-Maris” employs a staff of 60 people.
The company’s offices are located in a fishing port called Hel on the Hel Peninsula. The basic operation of the company is fishing, food processing and the trade of the Baltic Sea fish.
“Koga-Maris” owns three fishing boats: “HEL-102”, “HEL-111”and “HEL-112”, which are responsible for a catch of 7.000 tons of fish a year specializing in sprat, herring and cod. The specialties of the company are canned anchois (anchovies) of which “Kogo-Maris” is the country’s main producer.
The company represents their own brand at the International Fish Product and Processing Trade Show in Gda?sk and in Brussels. The dynamic development of the company, the implementation of the newest technologies and the rigorous production control standards make Koga a trustworthy business partner.
