We own (3) three 24 meter (79 foot) fishing boats, which are our guarantee of obtaining the freshest raw product because it optimally shortens the time from catching to the moment of processing. Our boats work on the Baltic Sea and catch, depending on the season: sprat, herring and cod.

We use trawling nets for catching cod, and a pelagic net for catching sprat and herring. The pelagic net has an exchangeable net sack changed depending on which fish we wish to catch.
